Practical tests and services offered

• I, the applicant, certify that:
  • My airman application has been submitted using IACRA,
  • My unexpired application in IACRA has been signed by my recommending instructor,
  • I have received all required endorsements for the certificate or rating for which I am applying, and
  • I currently meet all eligibility requirements of 14 CFR 61.39 or 61.49.
• Part 61 applicants agree to forward within 24 hours of scheduling copies of the following documents for review prior to the test:
  1. All solo endorsements, 
  2. Practical test endorsements (if required for test), 
  3. Ground training records, and 
  4. Flight training records.  
     • These documents must be legible and may be submitted via text (904-233-6966) or email (Nick@FlightTrainingServices.org).
• Part 141 applicants are not required to send documents prior to the test, but the test will be cancelled if documents are not available and correct on the day of the test.
• Applicant agrees to arrange a room for the ground portion of the practical test that provides a confidential environment, free of interruptions and distractions. Applicant agrees to assume all costs that may be associated with scheduling this room.
• Multiple reservations are not permitted.

If you schedule a test before your instructor signs IACRA or fail to meet the above requirements, your appointment will be cancelled.
